- Preparation and arrangement of self-check-in or appointment and location of personal check-in with guests (whatsapp, e- e-mail, phone call) Ensuring verified recommendations to guests and any necessary service or help with the easier getting around in Irundo accommodation facilities
- Checking the apartment before check-in – is everything clean, tidy and functional In agreement with superiors, approval and provision of special benefits and benefits that they approve the guests
- Sending the schedule and coordinating the cleaning of Irundo apartments/rooms
- Checking whether the apartments/rooms are fully ready and functional before each check-in (in Zagreb personally, and in Rovinj and Dubrovnik with the help of local teams) Assistance to guests and coordination of transfers from/to the airport Notification of defects in the apartments to the Management and coordination with the craftsmen on site

- Care and responsibility for entering all important parameters that guests send to the reservation system Registration of guests‘ residence in the E-visitor system In the case of confirmed reservations via email, phone or oral closing of reserved appointments in reservation system Timely creation and sending of invoices to guests for all forms of payment (virman, card, cash)
